		<description>Thanks for highlighting this - I have suffered from depression and anxiety for most of my life and feel the words said about the &#039;broken leg&#039; ring true.. I always used to say myself that if depression was like epilepsy it would be more understood! Not to belittle people with that condition - It&#039;s just another little surprise the brain&#039;s workings has for us! If we only turned blue or something..</description>

Not only will it enlighten many as to what living with a mental illness is like, it also gives comfort to those sufferers who think there is no hope and that they are alone. It is very informative, sometimes shocking but also very funny in parts. All in all, a good read and highly recommended.</description>
