Lots of great info. (e.g., that Prozac contains Fluouride). A little disappointed that Mindfulness (meditation), MBCT, MBSR, etc. were not mentioned. Studies show that this is the most effective therapy for chronic depression. A great book is "Mindful Way Through Depression" by Williams, Zinn, et. al. You mention in the interview "inappropriate feelings of guilt". I would say guilt is a thought, not a feeling. Demonstrates how thoughts can help keep one depressed. It’s a great interview.
